What is Seller Feedback and Why it is important?

How does Fulon Feedback Alert handle Seller Feedback?

Fulon’s Feedback Alert feature will pull out both neutral (3 star) and negative (1 and 2 star) Seller Feedback and spark the trigger, allowing you to automate nurturing your customers.

The system also matches the customers who have left reviews, allowing you to begin nurturing them.

No matter how large or small your operation is, our feedback request automation service makes it simple to provide outstanding customer service and gather more seller feedback. How Does a Feedback Alert Work?

When a customer leaves feedback on a seller (positive or negative), the system will update the customer contact record with the feedback details and add the SPARK Tags to enable the automation based on the SPARK setup by you.

Example:

  • Step 1: Customer feedback received;
  • Step 2: System receives feedback information and stores it in the Fulon system under Feedback Alert.
  • Step 3: Navigate to Fulon and choose Analytics Feedback Alert.

It will show a dashboard with all of your Seller Feedback, whether neutral or negative.

To view all of the info, click on the eye icon on the right. It will display the popup shown below:

If your system is linked to a CRM (for example, Infusionsoft), it will locate the contact and add all Feedback information to the order and customer information.

The SPARK tags will also be used by the system to trigger the automation.

In your CRM, you now have customer and feedback info. The tags would also be applied to the customer record by Fulon.

How do I automate the nurturing of customers who have left feedback?

The Tags are applied to the customer record in the CRM who has left reviews.

Negative and Neutral Seller Feedback Tags?

Neutral Seller Feedback SPARK Tags by Default.

If the feedback is neutral, i.e. 3 stars, the tag will be applied.

Seller Feedback → Neutral Seller Feedback
Seller Feedback → [SKU]_Neutral Seller Feedback

Where [SKU] will be replaced by the product’s SKU.

Negative Seller Feedback SPARK Tags by Default.

If the feedback is neutral, i.e. 1 and 2 stars, the tag will be applied.

Seller Feedback → Negative Seller Feedback
Seller Feedback → [SKU]_Negative Seller Feedback

Where [SKU] will be replaced by the product’s SKU.

How do you use feedback data and tagging to help nurture your customers?

Tagging allows you to build a CRM campaign that triggers the sending of an email to a client. You can write an apology email and personalize it with feedback and order data from the CRM. Then, with your customer service team, build a follow-up task to respond to any emails from the customer and address the problem.

  • Faulty/Damaged Product/Never Arrived – Fulon Ship It feature immediately sends the replacement product.
