  • Is it possible for me to reuse the campaign you’ve created?
    If you purchased Infusionsoft from us, we will certainly publish the entire campaign in your account for free. If you already have an Infusionsoft account, please email us at info@fulon.co so we can look at your setup.
  • How do I purchase the Fulon package?
    By visiting fulon.co and sending an email to info@fulon.co, you can sign up for a 14-day trial. Our team will happily assist you.
  • Can I build this funnel in my current CRM if I already have another one?
    Fulon currently integrates with CRM, the strongest CRM for e-commerce that we find. Other CRMs, such as Active Campaign, Drip, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and others, will not be able to do so.
  • How long would it take to put this funnel in place?
    It depends on whether you are a Fulon subscriber or not. If you’re already familiar with the method, you should be able to complete it in less than 24 hours. If you’re new to Fulon/Infusionsoft, we will help you set up your funnel within 24 hours of receiving all of your requirements.
  • How much would Fulon and Infusionsoft cost if I need to create the funnel?

  • How can I host those landing pages on my own domain?
    It is very likely that once you have verified your domain name in Infusionsoft, you will be able to transfer all of your landing pages to the domain, such as free.yourbrandname.com.
  • Where will the landing pages be created?

  • How does Fulon know if the Amazon order ID is correct?
    The Fulon system saves all of your Amazon orders for the previous 60 days or till you subscribe from the service (whichever is later). When a customer provides an order id, the Infusionsoft system sends a request to Fulon, which locates the order in the system.
  • What is the purpose of Fulon and CRM if we can’t market to Amazon customers?

  • What are Amazon’s communication terms with Amazon customers?

    The Fulon App is intended to provide you with detailed information about your Amazon customers. Fulon transfers all buyer, order, and product details from your seller central account to your Infusionsoft system.

    To connect with Amazon customers, Amazon provides the customers’ encrypted email ids rather than their actual email ids.
    According to Amazon’s terms, we as sellers are responsible for communicating with Amazon customers only about their orders and the products they have ordered.

  • How do I locate my Amazon Orders in Infusionsoft?

    Here are the steps to find your Amazon Orders in Infusionsoft:

    • Sign in to your Infusionsoft account by clicking on the following link: https://signin.infusionsoft.com/login
    • When you hover your mouse over the Infusionsoft logo in the upper left corner, the master navigation menu appears. The master navigation menu is divided into columns to help you find what you’re looking for quickly.
    • Under the E-commerce column, click the Orders button.
    • You can also search for orders that have been synced by First Name, Last Name, or Order Total.
Custom Field Setup 3 questions
  • What if I select the incorrect field Type and later discover that it needs to be changed?
    This is a difficult question. If you choose the incorrect field form in the Infusionsoft system, no error message will appear. So the only way to avoid it is to eliminate it from the start by double-checking everything. Now, if you later realize that the field type is incorrect, DO NOT TRY TO DELETE THE FIELD AND RE-ADD IT WITH THE CORRECT TYPE. This will remove all of the values you could have obtained from Amazon from Infusionsoft. The best course of action is to contact us, and we will assist you with the operation.
  • Is it necessary to map all of the custom fields, or can I skip a few?
    The details you want in the Infusionsoft system is entirely up to you. You have complete control over which fields you want to map. However, in order to fully utilize the app’s resources, we strongly advise that you add all of the custom fields.
  • What will happen if the custom field isn’t set up?
    If Infusionsoft does not have the fields to populate the values, then your orders and customer data will be missing the information. It will be difficult to populate the data after it has been loaded with no data. As a result, this will be the first step before you begin syncing Amazon data with Infusionsoft.
